It's an absolute joy to share my experience at The Blonde Studio! After a rather unfortunate hair mishap at another salon, I was feeling quite disheartened. Thankfully, I found my way to The Blonde Studio, and I am SO grateful I did. Maryam truly worked wonders on my hair. She has an incredible eye for color and expertly highlighted my hair, seamlessly correcting the previous issues and leaving me with the most beautiful, natural-looking blonde I've ever had. If you want to go seriously blonde without frying your naturally dark hair, Maryam is your girl. This is my third time colouring with her, and every time, she nails it. I’ve strayed a couple of times (sorry, Maryam!) because she’s quite strict about needing enough time to do things properly—and I don’t always have that kind of time. But every time I’ve cheated on her with another salon, I’ve ended up with a patchy mess and come crawling back. She always fixes it… but not without giving me an earful first! One of the things I love is that she uses K18 products—not many salons do, and it makes a huge difference in keeping bleached hair healthy and soft instead of sad and straw-like. I also wear the hijab, and even though the salon doesn’t have a private room, she’s always been super accommodating by setting up a makeshift curtain for me. In short, Maryam is amazing. Just know you’ll need to block out a good chunk of your day because she doesn’t do rushed jobs—and honestly, that’s probably why your hair turns out so good.
